By using this website or engaging FlexDock LLC for cross-dock, warehousing, or final-mile services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply in addition to any signed service agreement, rate confirmation, or written contract between you and FlexDock LLC. Where a signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls.

FlexDock LLC provides cross-docking, warehousing, and final-mile logistics services within the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding regions.

Service scope, timelines, and pricing are defined in the quote or service agreement issued for each engagement. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue service for shipments that are unlawful, hazardous, improperly documented, or outside our operational capabilities.

Quotes are based on the information you provide at the time of request, including weight, dimensions, volume, service level, and pickup/delivery locations.

If actual shipment details differ from those quoted, pricing may be adjusted accordingly. Unless stated otherwise, quotes are valid for 30 days and do not include taxes, surcharges, detention, or accessorial fees that may apply.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete shipment information and documentation.
• Ensuring goods are properly packaged, labeled, and legal to transport.
• Disclosing any hazardous, perishable, high-value, or regulated materials in advance.
• Making goods available for pickup and delivery at the agreed times.

FlexDock LLC is not liable for delays, damage, or losses caused by inaccurate information, improper packaging, or undisclosed shipment characteristics.

FlexDock LLC exercises reasonable care in handling, storing, and transporting your goods. Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms of the governing service agreement.

Unless a higher declared value and corresponding coverage are agreed in writing, liability is limited to the lesser of the actual value of the goods or the maximum amount allowed under applicable federal and state transportation law.

Claims for loss, damage, or shortage must be submitted in writing within the timeframe specified in your service agreement (and no later than nine months from delivery, where governed by federal rules). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within the terms stated on the invoice. Late payments may be subject to interest and reasonable collection costs.

FlexDock LLC may place a lien on goods in its possession for unpaid charges to the extent permitted by law. Disputed charges must be raised in writing before the payment due date.

Cancellations must be communicated as early as possible; fees may apply for resources already committed. While we work to meet all schedules, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

FlexDock LLC is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, traffic, accidents, labor actions, equipment failure, government action, or other force majeure events.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of FlexDock LLC and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without prior written permission.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect operational or legal changes. The latest version is always available on this page, and continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
